What is in a pack, how to print it, and what the licence covers.
What exactly do I get?
A ZIP containing print-ready 300 dpi PDFs for every piece — 18 in a birthday pack, 19 in a baby shower pack — a START-HERE guide, and links to the Canva templates for the pieces you personalise.
Do I need a Canva subscription?
No. Everything is built to work on Canva’s free tier. You type your details into the template and print.
When do I get my files?
Straight after payment clears. The link is emailed to you and stays live afterwards, so you can come back to it.
I lost my download link.
Ask for it again on the resend page and it will be sent back to the email address used at checkout.
What paper should I use?
Card stock around 200–300 gsm for signs, tags and toppers; ordinary printer paper is fine for games and colouring sheets.
Can I get it printed professionally?
Yes — the PDFs are 300 dpi with proper trim sizes, so any print shop can handle them. Print at 100% scale, never "fit to page".
Can I change the colours?
The Canva templates let you change text freely. Colour and layout are fixed, because the whole point is that every piece matches.
Do you do custom themes?
Not yet. If there is a theme you want, say so by email — it goes on the list that decides what gets made next.
What is the refund policy?
Digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, so refunds are not offered as standard. If something is wrong with a file, email and it gets fixed.
Licence terms
Every pack is licensed for personal use. You may print as many copies as you need for your own event. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files, and you may not sell what you print. Commercial use, including printing for clients, is not covered.
